History: Rasen was a young Uchiha who is older than itachi.Rasen trained Shisui Uchiha and then Itachi Uchiha during his time in Konoha.Rasen had a sick and twisted urge to kill others and when he does he believes tobi does it.Rasen is bipolar and calls his other half Tobi.Tobi's personality is released when the orange spiral mask is on and when off it shows Rasen's young face.Rasen was the strongest Uchiha in konoha during his time saying that his Tomoe 3 is stronger then the mangekyou itself.Rasen tried to kill himself due to this urge to slay ones that are close to him but was stopped by his other side who took over his body and fled the village to keep him from killing others and soon himself.Tobi stole the orange mask his farther worn during ANBU missions with Itachi and put it on and going by the name Tobi when on.When the mask is taken off Rasen returns to his regular self with one eye which is located on the right side of his face.
